The Challenge Client had several thousand employees and wanted to allow the employee to select who would be providing them with feedback. We needed to develop a screen to allow the facilitate the process of selecting employees.

The Result We created an intuitive employee selection/identification screen with instructions to guide the employee through the process that included a name lookup, slelect list for multiple matches, and a confirmation screen.
