To enable organizations to gain competitive advantage one needs to have access to relevant comprehensive information and analysis tools to make better decisions, faster.
This workplace questionnaire is an initiative by the Human Resources Department. Please make your views known by taking the time to complete this questionnaire.

While the questionnaire is anonymous, the demographic information is important to differetiate the views among employees. Completed surveys will be treated confidentially with results being reported only in summary. Information regarding the aggregated results will be publiclly availabe later this year.
